What services does Madinat Al Saada provide?
We provide complete facade solutions including curtain walls (unitized and stick), ACP cladding, skylights, doors & windows, glass balustrades, rolling shutters, and automatic doors — from design coordination and factory fabrication to on-site installation across the UAE.
How does the project process work?
We handle the full facade lifecycle — shop drawing coordination, material procurement, CNC fabrication in our Ajman factory, quality inspection, delivery, and on-site installation by our own trained crews. A dedicated project manager is assigned from day one.
Where is your factory located?
Our 2,500 sqm factory and office are located on Amman Street in Industrial Area 1, Ajman, United Arab Emirates. We serve projects across all Emirates including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, and the Northern Emirates.

We have hands-on fabrication and installation experience with Schüco (Germany), Technal (France/Hydro), AluK (Italy), Alumil (Greece), Gutmann (Germany), Gulf Extrusion (UAE), and all other major aluminium systems available in the UAE market.
Do you handle both fabrication and installation?
Yes. We operate our own factory with 17 specialized machines and deploy our own 50+ trained installation crews to site. We are a complete facade provider — managing the entire process from factory to finished facade under one roof.
What types of projects do you handle?
We handle projects ranging from villa communities and low-rise commercial buildings to 50+ floor high-rise towers. Our workforce of 90+ skilled workers across 10+ active sites allows us to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality or timelines.

We hold three ISO certifications: ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management System), and ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health & Safety Management System). These are independently audited and renewed annually.
